Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.

• Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to respond, the package may be returned to us.

Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Velkairo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
